We collect no personal data or usage information. The application operates completely privately with zero data collection, analytics, or tracking.

iCloud sync (optional): If you enable iCloud for ArchersPlayer in your iOS settings, your app preferences may sync across your devices through Apple's iCloud service. This is controlled by you and governed by Apple's privacy policy. Audio files are never synced to iCloud.

No third-party services. The application includes no advertising SDKs, analytics services, or third-party data collection of any kind.
Children's Privacy
ArchersPlayer is intended for professional and hobbyist audio engineers, producers, and artists. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete such information.
Your Rights and Choices
Data Access and Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device:
- Access: All your data is already accessible to you on your device
- Deletion: Deleting the ArchersPlayer app from your device removes all associated data
- Export: Your audio files remain in their original locations and can be accessed through the iOS Files app

Terms of Use
License Grant
ArchersPlayer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or professional audio playing purposes.

In-App Purchase Terms
- The one-time unlock purchase removes ads permanently from your installation
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
- The unlock is tied to your Apple ID and will restore on other devices you own
- Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store according to their terms

ArchersPlayer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
